Application scope
 bucket elevator is widely used in power plant, metallurgy, cement, chemical, light industry and so on. It is used for lifting  coal cinder ,piece coal, crushed stone, mineral stone, egg stone, dry and bulk and fluidity power, granular and block material  and so on. The material density is not more than 2 t/m3, the site temperature is not more than 2500C.

Operating principles
When the driving device start working , it drives the puley to make the chains with buckets to do the circular movement  from the below of the tail  to the top of the head  The head section has  outlet and the tail section has inlet.
The bucket is filled with material and run to the head section, then the material is thrown out from the outlet under the action of centrifugal force according to the parabolic design.With the running, the empty bucket is back to the below tail section and be filled material from the inlet again,then be lifted up to do parabolic discharge movement . So this cycle  finish the vertical transport of materials.
